1. Eligibility:
   This giveaway is open to residents of South Africa only

2.  Employees of Tomtoc SA, their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements:
   To enter, participants must:

   • Like the giveaway post

   • Comment #NovemberGiveaway on the post 

   • Tag 3 friends in the comments

   • (Optional) Share the post to their story and tag us for a bonus entry

4. Entry Period:
   The giveaway runs from 15th Oct to 30th Nov. Entries received after this period will not be considered. 

5. Prize:
   The winner will receive "Navigator-T24 Sling Bag 9L 14-inch" Valued at R1530.

6. The second price will be a special Discount of 50% on any item the winner choses. 
   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

7. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be selected at random using a verified giveaway tool

   • The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

   • The winners will be announced on 30th November via our social media page(s) and contacted directly.

   • If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be chosen.

8. Verification:
   Entries will be verified to ensure all rules have been followed.
   Participants must have a public profile at the time of winner selection so entries can be validated.

9. Changes & Cancellation:
   Tomtoc reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway for any reason and in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues beyond its control.

10. Acceptance:
    Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
